Dukkah Toast

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups labaneh or full-fat Greek yogurt (about 360 g labaneh or 375 g Greek yogurt)

4 slices your favorite bread, toasted if not day-of fresh (about 120–160 g total, depending on loaf and slice thickness)

1/4 cup fennel seed pistachio dukkah (about 30 g)

Extra-virgin olive oil, for serving (about 1-2 tsp / 5-10 g, optional estimate)

Honey, for serving (optional; about 1-2 tsp / 7-14 g if using)

Instructions

Spread the labaneh over each slice of bread.

Sprinkle with the dukkah.

Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and, if desired, some honey for a little sweetness.
