Herb Baked Eggs in Ramekins
1 teaspoon olive oil or butter
2 tablespoons minced fresh chives, parsley, basil, tarragon or dill
2 tablespoons grated parmesean cheese
salt and black pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 350. Brush ramekins with the oil or butter.
2. Divide the herbs between the ramekins and break an egg into each.
3. Top with cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and back for 15 minutes until the eggs whites are set.
