But this has taken us far afield from interface, which is not a bad place to be, since I particularly want to move ahead to the kludge. Why do people have so much trouble understanding the kludge? What is a kludge, after all, but not enough K's, not enough ROM's, not enough RAM's, poor quality interface and too few bytes to go around? Have I explained yet about the bytes? - Unknown

Serves 4-6

1 lb. Pappardelle’s Chipotle Black Bean Tagliatelle
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons tequila
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup - 3/4 cup whipping cream

Sauté the first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes.

Add broth, tequila and lime juice. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes.

Add the whipping cream; stir until sauce is hot and thick.

Add the sauce to the Chipotle Black Bean Tagliatelle

Optional: Mix the green jalapenos with red jalapenos for a spicy colorful dish.
