Brie Bagel Melt
ingredients:
1 bagel, split in half
1.5 oz (45 g) Blue cheese
1 pear, sliced
honey, to taste
1 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
recipe:
1. Lightly toast the bagel. Arrange thin Brie slices to cover the toasted bagel halves. Place them on a baking tray, cheese
side up, and broil until the Brie starts to melt (keep an eye on them!)
2. Carefully remove the bagels, transfer to a plate and drizzle liquid honey over the cheese. Sprinkle with toasted almonds
and serve.

apple slices, aged cheddar, walnuts
cilantro pesto, sweet pepper rings, Vidalia onion, Jack cheese
pear slices, roquefort, arugula, rosemary
basil pesto, beefsteak tomato slice, chevre, pine nuts
