Cambazola and Pear Focaccia
Serves: 8
* 1 tbs instant yeast
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1 cup warm milk
* 0.5 tsp salt
* 2 tbs olive oil
* 2.5 cups flour
Toppings:
* 1 firm pear, cored and sliced
* 150 grams of cambazola cheese
* 0.25 cups of pine nuts
* 1/2 of an onion, sliced
* 2 tbs olive oil
* 0.5 tsp coarse salt
1. Pre-heat oven to 400F
2. In a large bowl, add the first five ingredients, mix well, and let stand for five minutes. Add the flour mix
until it has come together into a ball, turn out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth.
3. Separate the dough into two balls; with your hands work one of the balls into a flat disk that is about 12 inches
in diameter. Place on a lined baking sheet and repeat using the other ball of dough. Brush the surface with olive oil
and arrange the other toppings and bake for 20-25 minutes.
