Dip Eggs

Ingredients
4 eggs toast Instructions

1. Place eggs in saucepan and fill with just enough water to almost cover the eggs. 2. Bring to boil over high heat. For soft eggs, once the water is boiling, set timer for 3 minutes and maintain a gentle boil. 3. Remove eggs and serve with toast sliced into fingers, seasoned with salt & pepper to taste.
